Isaiah McPeak started speech and debate at age fifteen. After three years he placed third in the nation in the National Christian Forensics Communications Association (NCFCA). Receiving a debate scholarship to Patrick Henry College he won several tournaments in a variety of formats and went on to become the executive debate coach and coach the team to national championship victory in 2009.
Now Isaiah provides interview coaching, personal coaching, and business consulting for government and business oral evaluations, under the name Ethos Communications, a shootoff of Ethos Publications LLC, which he founded in 2005.
Tim Snyder graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Patrick Henry College. He served as the Parliamentary Debate Coach for two years and head debate coach for one year. While at Patrick Henry he competed in a variety of competitive events including: debate, mock trial, and Model UN. His Model UN delegation won the highest possible award, Distinguished Delegation, at the New York conference.
Professionally, Tim has interned for two members of Congress as well as the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. During the 2010 midterm elections he worked as Deputy Press Secretary on a congressional campaign in Southern California. Tim currently directs Ethos’ seminar program and provides communications consulting through Ethos Communications to politicians and individuals in need of interview coaching.
