Detective Thomas Bacigalupi
Thomas Bacigalupi is a Detective with the George Mason University Police Department in Fairfax, Virginia. He is currently assigned to the agency’s Criminal Investigations Bureau. He has 17 years of law enforcement experience.
He is the founder of the College and University Police Investigators Conference (CUPIC). He holds several certifications in computer forensics and has expertise in alcohol and substance abuse. He is also a contributing author for Lentz Campus Security for Public and Private Colleges and Universities through Thompson West Reuters Publishing.
He just recently returned from Melbourne Australia where he gave the International Keynote address at the Australia’s public safety conference. We are proud to mention that he was also the recipient of the IACLEA (International Association of Campus Law Enforcement) 2009 Award of Merit.
