Brief Bio-Frank Schissler (U.S. Postal Inspector)

Inspector Schissler has been a U.S. Postal Inspector for 16 years and investigates Mail Fraud for the Washington Division.  He is here today to discuss the USPIS joint efforts with the FTC to inform the public about National Consumer Protection Week, which began on March 6^th and ends on March 12^th.  Please help me in welcoming Postal Inspector Frank Schissler!
